A web-based farm-management platform for dairy operations — herds, milk, feed, health and sales.
The challenge
A growing dairy enterprise was tracking cows, milk production, feed and sales on paper, making it hard to spot trends, manage inventory or plan.
Our approach
We designed and delivered a Django & Wagtail platform with modules for herd management, daily milk logging, feed inventory, health events and sales, plus owner dashboards — containerised with Docker for easy deployment.
Outcome
The enterprise now runs the whole operation from one system, with dashboards and alerts that surface issues early and a public showcase for the farm.
