The challenge
Recurrent flooding threatened settlements and infrastructure, but planners lacked up-to-date hazard information.
Our approach
We combined terrain data, rainfall and satellite imagery to model flood-prone zones and built an interactive early-warning dashboard.
Outcome
County teams gained a shared, map-based view of flood risk to prioritise mitigation and response.
